Favourite Aspects of WiB:

​The culture! All the amazing young women that are a part of our network are so inspirational and supportive - it's unlike any other society. WiB fosters a culture of empowerment where the sky is your limit - and everyone will always push you towards opportunities. I've been incredibly lucky to meet some of my best friends and many amazing mentors through our programs and events, and I attribute a lot of my current achievements to the support and guidance I've received from being involved!

Career Aspirations:

I hope to practise law, hopefully in IP law or corporate M&A and I also want to open and run my own firm a few years down the line!

Female Role Model:

Mel Storey - better known as @theinhouselawyer on social media! She's incredibly open and honest about the industry & gives such valuable advice on how to navigate the industry as a law student and a female in a male-dominated career. She's also been the recipient of multiple awards including Lawyers Weekly Corporate Counsel 30 Under 30 Award - which I think is a true testament to just how incredibly hard-working she is.

I used to have my own henna business & I play netball every week!
